Add more comment policy

Perhaps Primfeed could benefit from a reply control feature similar to X/Twitter, allowing users to choose who can respond to their posts.

For example:

• Everyone
• Accounts you follow
• Only accounts you mention
• Verified accounts

This would provide more flexibility, help users manage interactions more comfortably, and encourage more meaningful conversations within the community.
