Show view count on photos/posts

Currently being able to see likes is of course helpful information, but I find view count to be even more helpful. Not everyone thinks to actively like/favorite posts, even if they do enjoy them, and seeing how many people are interested enough to actually click on and see your photos and posts individually would be great. This would also be helpful for bloggers and brands, as many brands/sponsors look at view counts on Flickr more than they look at the number of likes.

I completely agree with this suggestion.

View count is a much more meaningful metric than likes alone. Many users enjoy browsing content without interacting, so likes don't always reflect the actual reach of a post.

As a photographer and content creator, I would find view counts extremely valuable because they measure community impact, not just engagement. They help identify which types of content resonate with people, even when they don't leave a like.

In the future, this could also open the door to simple analytics such as engagement rate (likes vs. views), helping creators improve the quality of the content they share.

I agree completely! As a business owner, this is very important data. It doesn't have to be visible to the public, but for the owner of the photos this information is very much needed.

This^^. I had posts on Flickr that, while having only 200-300 faves, had as many as 70000 views.

Also, the ability to tag other people and upload videos to make the platform more complete.
