Primfeed follows the Maturity rating of Second Life™, but Primfeed has its definition to be more specific. You can filter out the content you would rather not see.
Go to Settings, and pick the ratings that best fit you. This setting will be applied to the different feeds. (Home, Discovery, Profiles, Gallery, Public Gallery, Liked, etc.)
