# Moderation Team

By following these standards, we aim to create a positive, respectful environment and social space for Second Life™ residents.

Our team reviews every piece of content manually. This human-focused approach allows us to provide thoughtful assessments of each content uploaded, ensuring that all content adheres to our [community guidelines and Terms of Service](/legal/terms-of-service.md).

The moderation team's goal is not to police your content but to ensure consistency and safety across the platform.

{% hint style="info" %}
We do not rely on AI or automated bots for moderation.
{% endhint %}

This being said since all content on Primfeed is manually moderated by the human eye, occasional errors may occur, and some moderation decisions may fall into a gray area where human perception is utilized. We recognize that our team, though dedicated and thorough, is not infallible.

We encourage respectful conversations with team members when a moderation decision is in question, as your feedback is helping us continually improve. By engaging in constructive dialogue, we can better understand the community's perspectives and make necessary adjustments.

{% hint style="success" %}
If your content has been moderated, please note that this does not indicate that you are in trouble in any way or fashion.
{% endhint %}
