The Public Gallery offers a range of filters, which can be used to change the result and the content showcased to your current mood and liking.
For the Maturity Ratings, the filter is based on your default Maturity Ratings from your Settings. If you change the filter on the Public Gallery, it won't change your account's default settings, and it will return to the default every time you visit the Public Gallery.
The Public Gallery has rules you need to follow if you want to post your pictures in this feed. Make sure to before posting.
