Primfeed features multiple feeds. You could filter out content you would rather not see using the Maturity rating setting for your profile.

Maturity content

Primfeed follows the Maturity rating of Second Life™, but Primfeed has its definition to be more specific. You can filter out the content you would rather not see. Go to Settings, and pick the ratings that best fit you.
