What is Primeasy?
Primeasy is the suite of web-based tools for Second Life™ brands: EasyBloggers for managing a blogger team, EasySupport for in-world customer support, and EasySubscribers for newsletters. It is a separate product from Primfeed, but the two are tied together: your store is created on Primeasy, and that store is what gives your brand its page on Primfeed.

The Primeasy tools
EasyBloggers: a blogger management system for Second Life™ brands. Brands create a store, manage their products, invite bloggers and review the posts those bloggers publish. Bloggers join brands, request products and fill in their posts.
EasySupport: an in-world customer support solution that lets a brand handle support through a dedicated avatar (a SmartBots bot), with requests, support managers, labels and notifications.
EasySubscribers: a web-based subscribers system for managing your subscribers and sending them newsletters in-world.
EasyVendors: the vending and sales side of Primeasy. It is still in development and not released yet.
How Primeasy and Primfeed fit together
Primfeed is the social network and Primeasy is where the business side happens for your brand. These parts of Primfeed depend on having a Primeasy store:
Your store page, a separate identity you post, comment and follow as, with its own profile, gallery and followers.
Product tags on your posts, which pull from your Primeasy store products.
Managers on your store page. How many you can add depends on your Primeasy package.
Getting a Primeasy store
Packages are picked up in-world at the Primeasy mainstore, and there is one for each role: Creators, Managers, Bloggers and Friends.
Every package includes the Passwordless Login HUD, which signs you into the system in one click.
The Creator package also includes the Dropbox you need to store the products you hand out to your bloggers.
Once you have your package, setting up a brand runs roughly like this: create your store, open the brand package, prepare your dropbox, create your first product, configure your notifications and settings, invite your bloggers, then review their posts.

Coming soon: EasyVendors
EasyVendors is not released yet. It is the vending and sales side of Primeasy, still in development. The idea is that a brand runs its in-world sales from the same place it already manages its bloggers, its support and its subscribers.
