Delete your account (or cancel a pending deletion)

Deleting your Primfeed account schedules it for permanent removal in 30 days, and you can undo that any time before then simply by logging back in. During the grace period your profile stays public, but you can't log in normally until you cancel the request.

Deleting your Primfeed account also deletes your Primeasy account. Take a moment before you start, because once the 30 days pass the removal is permanent.

Request your account deletion

  1. Open the profile menu (your avatar, in the sidebar) → Settings.

  2. Go to the Security tab.

  3. Scroll to the Danger zone section at the bottom and click Delete my account.

  4. Read the confirmation dialog (Delete my account), then click Yes, delete my account.

When you confirm, here's what happens:

  • Your account is scheduled for deletion in 30 days.

  • You're logged out right away, and you won't be able to log in again until you cancel the request.

  • During the 30 days, your profile stays public so others can still see it.

  • Your Primeasy account is deleted as well.

  • If you have an active Primfeed Pro subscription, its auto-renewal is cancelled so you won't be charged again.

  • You'll get an in-world notice in Second Life confirming you requested deletion.

Tip: Nothing is erased during the 30-day window; it's a safety net. If you change your mind, you can stop the deletion at any point before the period ends (see below).

Cancel a pending deletion

While a deletion is scheduled, the cancel option appears automatically the next time you log in.

  1. Log in to Primfeed again.

  2. A dialog titled Account set for deletion appears, showing the date your account is set to be deleted.

  3. Click Cancel deletion request to keep your account active.

That's it, your account is restored to normal and the scheduled deletion is removed. If you'd rather stay logged out and leave the deletion in place, click Logout instead.

Tip: Cancelling stops the deletion, but it does not automatically restart a Pro subscription that had its auto-renewal cancelled. If you were on Primfeed Pro, check your Subscription settings afterward to make sure your plan is the way you want it.

After the 30 days

If you never log back in to cancel, your account is permanently deleted once the 30-day window passes. You'll receive a final in-world notice in Second Life confirming the deletion. After that point the account can't be recovered.
